Deep Presence and Meditation
Today, I want to share a process that will dramatically help you release negative thoughts, clear resistance, and improve both your inner and outer world. If you apply this, you should start feeling better every single day.
Let’s say you’re feeling overwhelmed—whether it’s from work, relationships, or life in general. The key is simple: find relief every day. That’s real progress. You don’t have to go from stress to complete bliss overnight, but if you practice deep presence and meditation, you’ll notice steady emotional shifts—sometimes even hour by hour.
Presence & Meditation as the Real Work
Most people think they need to take massive action to change their lives, but the only true work is feeling better—consistently clearing resistance. Every time you experience relief, you allow your manifestations to unfold naturally. This is more powerful than any strategy or effort.
For me, deep presence and meditation have been the foundation of this practice. Recently, I’ve prioritized being on my phone less and immersing myself in these two practices and the results have been astounding both internally and externally.
How to Apply This Practice Daily
• Start with Meditation: Even one or two 15-minute sessions a day can create a huge shift. The more you do, the greater the impact.
• Prioritize Presence: Bring your meditation into your everyday life. Meditate all day. This is the most important part of the practice (look for the link below to learn more presence techniques).
• Measure Your Progress: Ask yourself at the end of the day: Did I find relief today? Did I feel better than I did this morning? If yes, you’ve made real progress.
• Trust the Process: Some moments will feel easier than others, but the consistency of your practice matters more than perfection.
Every segment of your day where you feel relief is matched by an improvement in your external reality. Whether it’s money, relationships, or any other area of life—relief equals vibrational alignment, and vibrational alignment equals results.
