3 Spiritual Lessons That I Learned In Japan Part 2

Lately, I’ve been clearing a massive amount of resistance, and my life has reached an amazing place.

But recently, I’ve gone even deeper into the core beliefs and emotional patterns that were programmed into me during childhood. Most of these came from my family.

This part of the journey has not been easy. These beliefs are deeply rooted because they were formed when I was so young. Letting them go is not just about thinking differently. It is a full-body experience.

When you begin to shed core beliefs like these, it can feel like you are dying. Your fears get triggered at the deepest level, and your outer reality starts to reflect those fears in intense ways.

It often feels like you are stepping into the unknown, like you are entering a dangerous situation with no clear solution in sight.

This is the nature of real transformation. Shedding your beliefs means learning how to stay calm inside the unknown.

For example, when I was working through money resistance I picked up from my family, my reality started to feel like I was about to lose everything.

I made huge financial decisions that, from the outside, looked reckless.

Staying still during that time, when every part of me wanted to panic, felt almost foolish.

I had nights where I would wake up in the middle of the night questioning everything. Wondering if I had completely lost my mind. It felt crazy to trust the universe instead of reacting out of fear.

And through it all, my parents were freaking out and doubting me. Which makes total sense, because these exact fears and beliefs originally came from them.

But just like always, after staying grounded through that resistance, my abundance increased dramatically.

Now we are on the most magical trip in Asia, traveling through Japan and returning to our homeland, China.

And it feels deeply symbolic. I have been shedding the beliefs and emotional weight I picked up from my family and culture. And now I am returning to that place, not struggling, but thriving.

This feels like the final stage of the shedding. I am in Asia with my family, and we are living in close quarters. We are staying in the same hotel, spending every day together, face to face nearly all the time.

This is a golden opportunity to complete the process, and I am taking full advantage of it. While I am enjoying this trip, I am also fine-tuning everything. The hard, heavy lifting feels complete, and now I am refining the last layers.

Every day, I am staying very present and focusing on not reacting or getting triggered by them in any way. Just by staying present, I am able to shed. I am able to let go of old programming and patterns. And I am seeing changes in real time in my family.

I am here, fully present, basking in the realization that I have done the inner work to shift my ancestral timeline. I am now reaping the benefits of that deep transformation.

This is real work (although I gotta often remind myself). What I have done is absolutely essential. It has been the foundation for everything that is now flowing into my life.

Shedding core beliefs is never easy. But it is always worth it.
